Tooks me much time to understand your case... I'm sorry about it.
The attached hdt will fix your troubles.
We were displaying host bus & interface on a unsupported EDD device : 
2.1 whereas it requires EDD 3.0 at least.
In such case, I'll prevent displaying this information.

This fix will be part of the 0.3.6 release.
