[hdt] Yes, HDT is still alive

Hi folks,

You are still a little few on that mailing list and I wanted to make a
short update.

I've been off for a long while but I'm trying to recover.

Just to say that I've been fixing two issues in HDT this month:

- the cli was hanging when entering into a mode... That bug existed for 3
years regarding the code ...
- the tftp upload was not functional when running lpxelinux

Both issues were merged this afternoon so running on master or getting the
next version of syslinux will have this two important fixes for HDT.
