[klibc] problems with ipconfig command (static config without interface configures "lo")

I could live with the suggested solution without no problems :-) I just 
wanted to point out that a simple ip=<ip addr> should suffice, because all 
other data could be guessed (and class C network is a pretty goog guess 
:-))
