[klibc] How stable are things...

Hi all,

It seems like things are pretty stable in klibc land - the worst of the 
bugs due to ripping out the guts and redoing them seem to have passed. 
I'd like to do a Stable snapshot with the new core code in the next few 
days, so I'd appreciate any testing reports.

I'll leave 0.116 in the Stable directory, as previously discussed, 
especially since there are some architectures which still haven't gotten 
ported to the new design.
