[klibc] [minor patch] ash `type' builtin

(minor) In klibc-0.192 (and earlier), `type' ash
builtin is somewhat broken:
 # type printf
 printf/usr/bin/printf
(ie there's no " is " in between the command and
the filename.  This patch fixed the problem.
