The bug, if there is one, is that you *can* umount the kernel rootfs if 
you pivot it.  It's a hideously obscure corner case of a root-only user 
error, so it's hardly a priority to fix it.

Don't pivot the rootfs.  Just don't.  Really.  I mean it.
