Hrm, dmraid uses the /usr/include/scsi ones (glibc implementations), but
since klibc do not have their own, I just cp'd the ones from the kernel
to /usr/lib/klibc/include/ and that seems to work for now.  That
probably is not the best way to go though ... can those from glibc just
be added or some klibc native implementation?

Another question is where __GNUC_MAJOR__ is supposed to come from?
gcc-3.3.5 at least do not define this, but rather defines __GNUC__ as
the major version number ...
