[klibc] klibc/ash - fix ksh syntax.

Hi all,

During build with $SHELL != bash/zsh I get.
(...)
./mkbuiltins[122]: [: #: unexpected operator/operand
(...)

Attached patch fixes undefined ksh behaviour -> test with >= 4 arguments.
