Uhm... that person hasn't sent anything through the list as far as I can 
determine.  Sounds like a joe job to me (presending to be mailing list 
traffic, whereas in fact it's not sent though the mailing list and of 
course not real in any way.)

Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing *I* can do about it; you have 
to filter on your end.
