[klibc] klibc kernel tree updated and rebased

Hi everyone,

I have replaced the previous linux-2.6-klibc.git tree with a new one, 
which is rebased off a clean 2.6.17-rc3 and top-of-tree klibc tree 
(basically klibc 1.3.20 with a few updates which do not affect the 
standalone build), with minimal cross-merging.
