If user-level access is sufficient (no custom kernels, rebooting,
etc), www.testdrive.hp.com has a bunch of machines that can be
remotely accessed for development/porting/testing.  Looks like they
have Debian, Red Hat, and SuSE ia64 systems available at the moment.
