[klibc] Releasing a klibc-1.5

I don't have a working partitioned-RAID setup, so it's a bit hard for me 
to verify either way.  I guess it's a matter of constructing a 
prototype, but it's fairly time-consuming, and right now I'm in the 
middle of job-hunting.

I would appreciate any help with this.
