[klibc] klibc-1.4.36 pushed out; last call before 1.5

Hi all,

I have pushed out klibc-1.4.36.  This includes "read -t" support, as 
well as the cpio program from Debian.

1.4.35 which was pushed out yesterday, also contains fixes for the 
latest kernel header breakages.  The sole exception is <linux/socket.h>, 
which is unusable in 2.6.21-rc*; David Miller has promised to revert 
that file upstream, however.

Please let me know good/bad, so we can push out 1.5.
