[klibc] [bug] init arguments handling

Hey guys,
I know this is probably a terribly informal way to do this, but I just
figured if someone had the time, they might get to this before I have
the time to.

The argv handling for arguments passed to init is broken in the kinit
code. run-init does it correctly, but it looks like the same changes
weren't made to kinit's section that passes args to init.

It's a rather simple change, I just will not be able to get to it
until sunday or monday, hence this report.
