(they have required-by-law subscription, but anyway)

A per month thread-creating message for people to start threads and all
spamassassins as fall back, probably with feedback about source addresses
of rejected mails.

This message also easily archivable/searchable item for
threads, which would be not split from origin in archive files. Archive files...
Well, all this will be ad-hoc for ordinary NNTP, Gmane uses very productively.
