I have to second Shou-Lien Chen's initiative, since this is a more general
problem than just ICMP packets. On a Ethernet segment with several (eg 4)
clients requesting DHCP addresses at the same time, ipconfig fails easily as
soon as an ARP request (asking about another machine's MAC, but broadcast) is
received.
