[klibc] klibc-1.5.17 build failure on mips

I am evaluating klibc, i will see what the impact will be, i had to stick
with 2.6.31 now.
BTW, what is the "klibc-tk2j4gSwFszor6ZV40CWYpeJ5-w.so"
