[klibc] stdio branch merge

[maximilian attems]

unless there is a voice against, I will merge the stdio
to release current klibc git as 2.0.

tested in our institute lab, but of course more testing is welcome.
I saw a 10-15x welcome speed improvement due to fstype unsatisfactory fgets().
