[klibc] Request: Infiniband Support in ipconfig

That's going to be a little tricky, but I'll see what I can do.  Obviously while booting, the system isn't in a real state to be able to capture data, and Infiniband doesn't really do broadcasts like Ethernet, per se.

I may be able to get a capture of Infiniband ARP requests, if that helps?  Or I can run ipconfig on an up and running system.
