[klibc] [PATCH] klibc: introduce EXTRA_KLIBCWARNFLAGS variable

I'm afraid I know next to nothing about KBuild,
and for that matter I haven't been really able to understand the feedback.

I imagine that a CONFIG_WERROR=y line would need to be added to defconfig,
and then ccflags-$(CONFIG_WERROR) += -Werror or something would need
to be added somewhere.

However, I still do not see how this can be set via the command line,
nor how this can then be used
to add additional options besides -Werror.

All in all this seems like a lot of work for no gain.
