Subject: [PATCH 1/1] kbuild: sync with kernel 3.4-rc7

Update Kbuild.include and fixup Kbuild.klibc.
This fixes a bug where all files are rebuild each time we invoke make.

Signed-off-by: Sam Ravnborg <sam at ravnborg.org>
---

I could reproduce the "all-files-are-rebuild" bug on my 64 bit SPM box.
this fixes it for me.

I did not investigate why this fixed the bug.

This adds btw. support for "make V=2" but I did not update help.

	Sam
