LPSM 0.1.4 released

I have released LPSM 0.1.4, which now does recovery in the event of an 
address mismatch, assuming you're using managed mode.  If an address 
mismatch is detected, it will try to re-map the arena at the original 
address instead.

I'm going to try to resolve issues that relate to the arena format as 
soon as possible, so we can "future-proof" the library.
